I've always wanted to learn dsolve second order, it seems like there's a lot that can be done with it that I can't do otherwise. I've browsed the internet for some useful learning resources, and checked the local library for some books, but all the information seems to be targeted at people who already know the subject. Is there any tool that can help new people as well?

tutors are no better than attending your daily classes. If you have a doubt, you need to makes an effort to remove it. I would not suggest extra classes , but would ask you to try Algebrator. It will surely solve your problem concerning dsolve second order to a large extent.

Hello, just a month ago, I was stuck in a similar situation. I had even considered the option of leaving math and selecting some other course . A colleague of mine told me to give one last chance and gave me a copy of Algebrator. I was at comfort with it within an hour. My ranks have really improved within the last year .

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - Basic Math, Basic Math and Basic Math. It is a truly a great piece of math software. I remember of going through problems with dividing fractions, factoring and simplifying expressions. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework. I highly recommend the program.
